Buying a home is a large financial decision, and the right one starts with clear numbers. I'm Jaz Chand, a Broker Associate with The Jaz Team at Merrill Signature Properties. I have represented buyers since 2006, and 272 of my 480+ transactions since 2011 were on the buyer's side. I work with buyers in English, Punjabi or Hindi.

How I work with buyers

Budget first. We look at the full monthly cost, including property taxes, any special taxes or HOA dues, and insurance, before you start touring.
Pricing each home. I compare recent nearby sales so you know what a home is worth before you write an offer.
Offers and negotiation. I help you set price, terms and contingencies, then negotiate repairs or credits after inspections.
New construction. The builder's sales team works for the builder. I represent you at the sales office from your first visit.
Through closing. I coordinate with your lender, escrow, title and inspectors and keep you updated at each step.
