Tell me where you are moving and what you are looking for. I use agent referral networks and my own contacts to find a few agents in that area, check their recent sales and reviews, and share their names. You choose who to talk to, and I stay in touch while you buy there and sell here.

Should I sell my East Bay home before I buy in another state?

It depends on your finances and timing. Some sellers sell first and rent briefly, others buy first with a bridge loan or a contingent offer. Talk with your lender, and we will plan the sale around your move date.

How do you find an agent in the state I am moving to?

I use agent referral networks and my own contacts to find an agent who works in your destination city and price range. I share a few names with you, and you choose who to talk to.

Do I pay anything for the referral?

No. Referral fees are paid between agents under a written agreement and do not add to what you pay.

Can I sell my home here while I am already living out of state?

Yes. Much of the process can be handled by phone, email and electronic signatures, and I can coordinate inspections, repairs and access while you are away.
