Lark Hill is a small gated community of about 50 single-family homes built by Shea Homes in south Brentwood, in the Vineyards at Marsh Creek area near Vasco Road. It is open to buyers of all ages. Shea's new-home sales are complete, so homes here now come up only as resales. The listings below show homes for sale on Old Vine Place in Brentwood. With so few homes, listings are rare, so this section may be empty between sales.

The homes

Shea Homes built Lark Hill around 2019 and 2020. Homes are larger single-family plans, roughly 3,300 to 4,400 square feet, on lots of about a fifth to a third of an acre.

Gated living and HOA

The community is gated. Recent MLS listings showed HOA dues of about $200 to $220 a month, covering common area maintenance and the security gate. HOA dues and what they cover change over time, so buyers should verify the current amount in the HOA documents. The seller must provide those documents under Civil Code section 4525.

Getting around

Vasco Road runs south toward Livermore and the Tri-Valley, and Highway 4 is about 10 minutes away for trips west toward Concord, Walnut Creek and San Francisco. Drive times change a lot by hour, so test your commute at the time you would actually leave.
